Shipping policy

All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. If the item is a "PREORDER" or a "MADE TO ORDER ITEM" please see estimated turnaround time on each individual product description. Please be sure to read each product description. If you purchase an in-stock item & a preorder or made to order item in the same order, these will be shipped together once the preorder arrives/once the made to order item is done.

Once your package has been fulfilled and you have received tracking information from us, this means your package is now in the hands of the post office, USPS, and we are no longer liable.

Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for orders that appear to have been tampered with.
